Intake
A daily unit consists of an ampoule with 25ml of liquid (liquid). Simply drink the liquid from the ampoule about 5-10 minutes before going to bed, then go to bed promptly and sleep. The product has a pleasant taste of a mix of dragon fruit and passion fruit.

Ingredients
Water, collagen hydrolyzate (11%) (origin: fish), acidifier (citric acid), dragon fruit concentrate (3.5%), passion fruit juice concentrate (3.5%), magnesium carbonate, flavoring, L-ascorbic acid , sodium hyaluronate, coenzyme Q10, zinc gluconate, bamboo extract, preservative (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), wheat ceramide, emulsifier (polysorbate 40, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sweetener (acesulfame K, sucralose), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, Retinyl Palmitate, Copper Gluconate, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Sodium Selenite, D-Biotin.

Effect 
Vitamin A, niacin, biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function and protects the cells from oxidative stress. Riboflavin helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
